The August 9,2025 ECR board  Election is postponed because of our elected present Secretary had health problems & couldn't get the election ready for August in time .

We haven't gotten the nomination list yet from the person over the nominations because of personal issues. ​​

​The ECR board election will be held  on September 20 ,2025 at 10:00-11:00am. Using and following the current August 17,2002 By laws for the election rules to elect the new ECR board members to start on January 1,2026
